Bridging With Support

Making mental health care more accessible to

Bridging With Support aims to subsidize the cost of mental health service support to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, Indigenous populations, and people of colour across Ontario.

Those who reach out to Bridging With Support can request financial support to access individual counselling services. In future, as our funding increases, we hope to provide access to financial support for couples and family therapy.

Services

Support designed for the LGBTQQ2+ community, Indigenous populations, and people of colour.

Low-Cost Therapy

We have clinicians who offer reduced-rate or sliding-scale fees based on their availability. If cost is a concern, you’re welcome to discuss reduced-rate options directly with the clinician you choose to work with.
